Our general Refund Policy is aligned with industry practice as follows:
– At least 3 months before an arrival 20% cancellation fee will be charged;
– From 2 to 3 months before an arrival 35% cancellation fee will be charged;
– From 1 to 2 months before an arrival: 45% cancellation fee will be charged;
– From 10 days to 1 month before an arrival: 70% cancellation fee will be charged;
– Less than 10 days before an arrival: 90% of the total amount will be charged;
For unique circumstances, requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Our accepted payment method is international bank transfers.
Standard Payment Schedule:
30% payment is due 5 months prior to the arrival date.
The remaining 70% is to be settled 2 months prior to the arrival date.
